Set-up for those teaching will begin at 10:15am. Also, teachers, please remember to bring an envelope marked with your class name, fee, and some change to place on the sign-in table!
Classes start promptly at 11:00am, and conclude around 2:00p or 2:30p when the 1:00pm afternoon classes finish. Feel free to come for the whole time or just for the portion your family wants to participate in. Bring a lunch or participate in the community potluck!

Come join in a fun day of free play in the preschool room. Toys, books, arts & crafts will be set up for our youngest members to explore with Mom & Dad or on their own!

Yoga & Mindful Meditation
This class is open to all ages & will be the final yoga class this year. Parents are encouraged to participate, particularly with the younger kids. The first 1/2 of this class will be yoga & the second 1/2 will be a mindfulness/meditation activity.

Fairy Tales on Trial
Fairy Tales on Trial is a 5-session class where kids will study character education using fairy tales & simulating investigation & trials. Students will use critical reading, analytical thinking and writing, speaking and drama skills. This class will meet 3/18, 4/1, 4/15, 4/29 & 5/6.

Potluck or bag lunch period. ***Please remember that co-op has a new nut free policy! This includes not only items brought for potluck, but also for holiday treats, snacks & bag lunches. If you are looking for a nut butter alternative, sun butter is OK to use! *** We will meet upstairs in the fellowship hall for lunch break. Potluck lunch is open for everyone attending! If your family has special dietary needs (vegan, gluten free, etc), please consider bringing a dish to share that you family can also eat! Families who choose not to participate in potluck are encouraged to bring a bag lunch.

Students will be practicing songs for the spring sing at Meadowbrook Nursing Home. Children's Chorus is open to all children as long as they are old enough to stand with the group & not be a distraction to the other singers.

Community Service: Earth Day Clean-up
All students & parents are encouraged to come join us in a community trash clean-up to celebrate Earth Day. We will be cleaning up the church property, school grounds directly adjoining the church property, and walking a short way up the neighboring streets as well. Trash bags & gloves will be provided. Please dress for the weather. If it is nice out students will have time to play at the neighboring playground after the clean-up. Parents, please plan to walk with all kids who are Gr 2 & under! Since we will be cleaning neighboring streets, the more hands & eyes to watch the younger kids the better!

Bicycle Repair & Maintenance
Learn how to fix a flat tire, adjust brakes and shifters for improved performance, and adjust seat and handlebar placement for better fit and comfort. Bring your bike if you wish.
