The North Country Homeschooling group seeks to provide homeschooling support and activities to those living in the Northern NY counties of Clinton, Essex, and Franklin. Activity information is available via email, blog, and Facebook. Homeschooling support is provided though Facebook and a variety of monthly support groups. The North Country Homeschooling Group is open to anyone who homeschools or who is thinking of homeschooling. There are no membership fees.
Historic Saranac Lake Screening of The Forgotten Plague

Film Premier -- Historic Saranac Lake presents a preview screening of
The Forgotten Plague, a new PBS American Experience Film featuring the
history of Saranac Lake. The film screening will open with a short video
produced by Josh Clement of Mountain Lake PBS and writer Ed Kanze, the
ninth in their "Curiously Adirondack” series. The event is free and open
to the public. 7:30-8:45 pm
at Saranac Village at Will Rogers, 78 Will Rogers Drive, Saranac Lake.
