We are pleased to invite you to Home School Day 2016 at the Adirondack Museum!
On Wednesday, September 14, 2016, we will be offering exciting, experiential programming especially for your students as well as self-directed activities to guide you through the museum’s grounds and exhibits. Programming and museum admission is offered free of charge.
Program descriptions, (times are forthcoming):
The Wildlife Institute of Eastern NY: Silent Wings, a live bird of prey program for students of all ages.
SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry: A participatory class for students aged 12-16 about fall bird migration.
The Adirondack Watershed Institute: A participatory class for students in middle and upper grade ranges on water in our region.
Hamilton County Soil and Water Dept.: A participatory class focused on conservation of natural resources.

An adult must accompany students at all times.
You do not need to pre-register to attend.
Class attendance will be on a first come basis. Registration for classes will take place on the day of the event.
