Here's what Jay Peak is offering as a group rate:
There's a range of options and for a group of the size we're anticipating they can offer us a 40% discount on their slow-season rates.
All lodging includes a kitchenette.
Studio (sleeps up to 4 people) - $152.80/night
1 bedroom (sleeps up to 4-6 people depending on which room) - $217.55/night
2 bedroom (sleeps up to 6 people) - $303
3 bedroom (sleeps up to 8 people, this option is limited as there are only a few 3 bedroom rooms) - $ 424
Water park passes must be purchased also with these rates and are $12.43/day.
If someone wanted to come just for the day, the regular day rates for the water park would apply.
Kids under 3 are free
Families are welcome to stay as few or as many of the dates included.
If more than 100 families sign up, we will also have a free ice-skating party at the indoor arena.
In order for this to be finalized we need to have a big enough group committed to participating. Please confirm with me (Sarah Vaillancourt) lovermont@gmail.comor 518.293.7487 by next Friday February 27th, if this is something your family wants to do. With that confirmation, Jay will set up these rates in their system and give us a code to be able to book our rooms.
